I know there was an exploit where people would create class trial rogues, do that quest somehow, and did that on full 'realm' of rogues each week. I had to take an extended break relatively early into Legion and didn't get around to leveling my alts til after argus was released. Wouldn't be surprised if it repeats here.

The reason I say 71+ is that the bloodhounds in BRD can see stealth, and if you're 71+ you can just sap them and pickpocket the mobs standing near them.
